Which handle a wallet is attributed to
GET/api/v1/lookup/{address}
The reverse of resolve. The deployment's Wallet record answers first, whatever the source (a wallet linked from the terminal or curated is found, not only the on-chain primary binding); without one, the Identity Registry's lookup. An address linked to nothing is a 200 with handle null, not a 404: the address is valid, it is just not linked. When neither layer could be asked, a 503, never a null that reads as 'not linked'.
